A smart question begets a smart answer. Ken Coleman is a brilliant interviewer and one of the best question askers I've ever read/heard. The morsels of wisdom for life, parenting, success, failure, trials, and triumphs from leaders in ever sector (government, business, athletics, charity, etc) are savory. One of the best books I've read this year.
I think I originally thought this was a book about asking good questions - that is, how to form and create the questions themselves. It turns out it is more a look into a series of great questions that get to the heart of some really great topics. I really enjoyed the format - short chapters, each one a different question posed to a different person. Lots of wisdom to glean here.
Ken does a remarkable job of asking great questions and getting corresponding answers. The content of this book is very helpful, but what I took away and will continually revisit is the questions he asked that brought about the great information.
Great nuggets pf truth in this book. A must read for any leader!
Loved this book. Made my own list of questions and people that need to be asked We have so much to learn from one another.
